IS IT JUST ME, or is customer service on a rapid decline everywhere? Today, I spent an HOUR on hold, listening to mind-numbing elevator music, my patience dwindling by the second. I mean, SERIOUSLY, how hard is it to pick up the phone and provide the help we desperately need? 🤯
An HOUR on hold is beyond ridiculous—it's like they're trying to see how far they can push your sanity with endless elevator music torture! 🎶🙉 Are they having a contest on who can ignore customers the longest?
