Evening folks! Been dealing with some foot pain recently and just got diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. Any of you had any experience dealing with this thing?

Hiya!!! I had a bout of plantar fasciitis a few years ago. I found that simple exercises and some over-the-counter pain relievers really helped. Make sure to rest your foot as much as possible
